Every 2nd Saturday of the month from 10:00am - 1:00pm
What the Healthy Futures Free Clinics can do for patients:
- Free physical examinations (performed by volunteer physicians and nurse practicioners
- Free blood pressure screenings
- Free blood glucose screenings
- Registered Nurse Services
- Referral for vision services
- Referral for prescription assistance
- Referral for lab services
- Referral for specialty services
- Referral to mental health services
- Referral to substance abuse services
- Free Flu vaccinations (October, November, & December)
- Health education / counseling
- Referral for family doctor services
